If I hit tab it will open up fine and I can access the options and go through my inventory and map

The 3000 is off ny wrist and the 2500 is in my players hand. I activate the mod with NMM and play the game (outside vault) and the pipboy actually shows up.

anyways I have the Pipboy 2500 mod for Vegas and it works great! Fallout 3 on the other hand not so much.
